Booking & Payment

How do I book?+

Directly on our website in a few minutes: enter your trip, choose your vehicle, fill in your details and pay securely. You get an instant confirmation by email.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay — all via Stripe, 100% secure. For businesses, monthly invoicing is available on request.

Can I book at the last minute?+

Yes. For a last-minute booking, contact us directly at +33 6 32 06 76 75: we’ll do our best subject to availability. To secure your spot, we recommend booking ahead, especially in high season.

Is the displayed price the final price?+

Yes, absolutely. The price shown at booking is what you pay — regardless of traffic or time of day. No bad surprises.

Cancellation & Changes

What is the cancellation policy?+

Any booking can be cancelled up to 3 days before your pick-up, with a €5 management fee. You can also move or postpone your trip free of charge. With cancellation insurance (€5), you can cancel up to 24h before departure for a full refund.

How does cancellation insurance work?+

For an extra €5 at booking, you can cancel up to 24h before your trip and be fully refunded. Without it, cancellation is still possible up to 3 days before departure for a €5 management fee.

Can I change my booking?+

Yes, contact us by phone or email at least 24h before your trip. Changes are free, subject to availability.

On the day

What if my flight is delayed?+

Your driver tracks your flight in real time and automatically adjusts the pick-up time at no extra cost. No stress, no surcharge.

How long does the driver wait?+

If we have no news from you 1 hour after the official landing time shown on the airport screens (or 30 minutes after arrival at the station), we consider that you were not on the indicated flight or train and the trip is due. Any pick-up after this delay may incur a surcharge or a new booking.

How do I recognise my driver?+

Your driver contacts you by message or call on the number you provided at booking, and tells you their position (in the car park or in the hall) to welcome you.

How much luggage can I bring?+

1 suitcase included per passenger. Each extra bag is charged €5. Please mention it at booking so your driver can adapt the vehicle.

Vehicles & Services

Can I travel with my pet?+

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome on board. Please mention it at booking so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly.

Are child seats available?+

Yes. Baby seat (0–3 yrs) and booster (3–7 yrs) are available free of charge. Select the option at booking.

Do you operate outside Marseille?+

We cover all of the PACA region: Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Aix-en-Provence, Toulon, Saint-Tropez and beyond. International transfers (Barcelona, Milan, Geneva) on quote.
